Preparation time: 3 to 6 minutes preparation:
Step 1: Tare the Hario v60 on top of the scale and place the filter in a cone shape.
Step 2: Moisten the filter and remove the excess water.
Step 3: Add the coffee grounds for the filter, balance the dose and make a crater with the bamboo shovel.
Step 4: Pre-infuse for 30 seconds.
Step 5: Pour the remaining water in slowly, steadily and in circles. Step
Step 6: Stir with the bamboo shovel to oxygenate.
Step 7: Remove the filter, mix the infusion and serve.
